Day 5. Trust

Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding.

Some things we understand and some things we cannot. This verse does not say that thinking is bad, or that questions are wrong. It says that your own understanding is not the whole story. Trusting is what you do when you cannot see how everything will turn out.

Is it easier to trust someone when you understand what they are doing? Why or why not?
