Fear and anxiety can be heavy, and no single verse replaces talking to someone who can help. This line is simple and honest: it says fear is real, and that trust is a place to put it. If your fear feels too big to carry, please tell a parent, a doctor or a counsellor. Asking for help is a good use of courage.
