Read
Kindness is one of those things that sounds small and ends up being very difficult. It can mean being kind to someone who has hurt you, or to yourself on a bad day. It does not mean letting people treat you badly. It does mean choosing not to be cruel, even when you could be.
Talk about it
Where could a bit more kindness change the atmosphere around you?
